How to password protect menus
You can password protect any menu in the editor. Once a menu has been locked, all submenus and pages within that menu will be protected. Visitors who click on the menu will require the username an password to access that area.

Step 1
This step assumes you have already created the menu you would like to password protect.
touch_app Double-click the menu to access the options.

touch_app Single-click the Lock Menu button.

Step 3
The Username is automatically generated from the menu name.
If you would like to change the username simply click and type within the username field.
Enter your password.

A padlock will be visible next to the menu on your live site to show visitors it is protected. The next time you login to the editor you will also see a padlock next to the menu.
