What do the page icon colours mean?
There are a number of different page/tab icons used in our system and to understand exactly what they mean read the information below.
Page published
Green Tick
This shows the page has been successfully publish and is live.
Page not published
Grey Lines
This shows the page has been edited in some way and the changes have not been publish.
Page not published
Red Tick
If your school is using our Multiple Users system and you login with your email address you will see a red tick instead of grey lines. This shows the page has been edited in some way and the changes have not been published and cannot be published by other users.
Publishing paused
Red Lines
This shows the page has been set to 'Pause Publishing on this page' to prevent any further publishing until you are finished making changes.
When publishing is paused, the current live version of the page remains the same and any changes you make to the page will not be published. Once you have completed your editing you can turn this off and the page will begin to publish in the normal way.
